Dr. Sauceda and her team are pleasant, very capable, and helpful. I may have come in with too high of expectations to have all my dermatology concerns addressed and options assessed. I felt like the number of reminders was overkill. Even after I confirmed, they kept coming. I can’t compare cost because I don’t go to a dermatologist often, so it always seems pricey to me. Overall, I think the doctor and her team are great and I look forward to continuing as her patient.

First off, the office did everything right to keep us all safe during COVID. My temperature was checked at the door. And I could tell the staff was going above and beyond to keep everyone safe and comfortable. The doctor and PA were absolutely wonderful! Very professional and kind. Explained everything thoroughly and gave me time to think of questions and ask them. Highly recommend this office for your dermatology needs!

As usual when I go in for a follow up, I feel the staff is actually interested in my well-being. They take time to get my full list of medications and symptoms and listen to any concerns I may have. Admin staff was polite and efficient. Wait was about 15 minutes past appointment time. Tech staff was also polite and very efficient. Dr. Sauceda performed a thorough exam and removed a suspicious mole quickly and almost painlessly (even the numbing shot was almost painless). I appreciate the explanation of findings and willingness to answer questions. Highly recommend this office.

Arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment and was in the waiting room less than 5 minutes. Blood pressure taken by assistant and few questions asked. Waited only a few minutes for Dr. Sauceda to come see me. You were very attentive and pleasant to me. Three freezes later we were done and I was on my way. Very happy with the service.

The actual interface with Dr. Sauceda was a five star rating. She is careful, thorough and fun to interact with. Also, the video info pieces on display in the waiting room have useful and interesting things to say and also rate five stars. However, the wait to get to see her is worth at most a two star rating. We arrived a few minutes early for the scheduled 9:45 am appoint and did not get into see Dr. Sauced until approximately 50 minutes later. That tells me Dr. Sauceda’s patient scheduling is centered about some metric(s) that specifically discount or just plain ignore the value of the patient’s time to the patient. I understand emergencies can create delays, but near the beginning of the work day, that should not be the typical experience. Unfortunately, extended waits to see a caregiver is the rule, not the exception with many, if not most doctors. Nevertheless, we will be back, but hopefully very early in the day next time.

This is my second visit to Doctor Sauceda and like the first visit I was greeted by a very pleasant young lady who was very courteous and helpful. The outer office was immaculate and well appointed. My wait to be taken to an exam room was short and once escorted back I was greeted by a Medical Assistant who likewise was very professional and courteous. During both of my visits I found Dr Sauceda most professional and I enjoyed total confidence in her treatments and recommended course of action for future visits. She was very through and patient with all my questions. Bottom line, for me visiting a any doctor is never pleasant for me but Dr. Sauceda and her staff took a lot of the trepidation out of this experience.

A time will come when those of us who worked in the sun and played n the sun will find ourselves in a dermatologist’s office for some very necessary maintenance. It was only when we moved to Boerne and was introduced to Dr.Sauceda by a retiring dermatologist that we knew we had found our doctor. From that time on each visit been enjoyable – more like a visit than an appointment to repair self-inflected sun damage. She cares about her patients and her patients feel honored to have her as their doctor; me included.

I came in for a follow-up for a problem of pre-cancerous spots on my scalp, and also for new red spots on my torso which began appearing about two months ago. My wait for a morning appointment was much less than previous afternoon appointments, only about 10 minutes today. After my weight and height, my blood pressure was taken. When these were over, Dr. Sauceda came right in. She noticed two new spots on my forehead which I had not even noticed and treated them with liquid nitrogen. Then 5 other spots were treated on the right rear of my scalp. We discussed ongoing treatment and decided on re-applying fluorouricil. Then I took off my shirt so that she could see my new red spots. I was instructed to apply steroid cream twice daily. As I left the office, my new prescription was called in to a new pharmacy and I was on my way. Total time, about 40 minutes. Overall, a really good visit.

I am the son of my 94 year old mother who is the patient. We have been into the office twice for the medical services of Dr. Sauceda. The entire staff is not only very professional, but very friendly and welcoming. Anytime one is faced with these type issues, it’s always scary for not only the patient, but the family also. Dr. Sauceda removed a cyst from my eyelid that had been bothering me for months, and she took a biopsy off my chest that was suspicious. Within 2 days I got the results that the tissue was benign. I really appreciated the prompt reply on the biopsy so that I didn’t have to worry about it. Dr. Sauceda is very professional and friendly. I like her! The only reason I didn’t give her 5 stars is that I had to wait about 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment.

Everything was goondlyd. .called promptly and procedure was done without delay. Waiting room was since my last visit and although it was new & lovely, the chairs are very stiff and uncomfortable. Overall the experience was very good. The “checkout staff” was very helpful & friendly.

Good experience, though the office was cold! I had a body exam for skin cancer and a biopsy on a spot on my chest. I also had a cyst removed from my eyelid with minimum pain and was relieved to finally have it removed.

Dr. Sauceda had been my physician for many years. I have complete confidence in her judgement and her treatment. I have spent my whole childhood and adulthood in the south Texas sun. I have quite a lot of sun damage. Because of Dr. Saucedo’s diligent care; the damage has been kept in check. She and her staff are always friendly , concerned and accommodating. We miss her in Boerne; but we are willing to drive to her office in San Antonio rather than change to a local doctor. We do not hesitate to recommend her to our friends. Prompt, friendly and efficient. May have even taken longer to cash a check at credit union on some paydays. Asked my music preference so as classical I got Mozart’s Great G minor Symph, 40th. Schumann’s Traumerei piano piece “Scenes from childhood” and again some of Wolfgang’s Eine Kline Nachtmusik and was done driving home. To get stitches out “Just drop by in 2 weeks”. But were a whole bunch in a small room assisting so I did feel I’d some skin in the game but lost it. Don P

Did the easy checkin on line when I got the email reminder of my appointment. First time to the new office. It looks great. Check in was great, my only question is since I have been seen here for years, why do you need a copy of my insurance card and my driver’s license each time I come in? Got into the exam room very soon after arriving. There the PA and David checked me over and I was ready for the Doc. You showed up within 5 minutes and even apologized for the delay. The check for skin cancer went quickly as did the freezing. I was very pleased with the entire visit. See you in six months.

Dr. Saucedo is awesome! I suffer from severe psourisis of the hands and feet to the point of wrapping them with quaze. She has managed and controlled it so I can live a normal, pain free life now She listens and is sensitive. Her nurse Jessica is the best, she has fought the insurance so I can get my medication covered, held my hand during a procedure, listened to me, couldn’t have made it without her. This team is who you want treating you! I’d give them 10 stars if it was an option!

I was about half an hour late for my appointment Monday morning. I did not allow enough time for the drive from Bandera. I was told that the staff would try to fit me in, but I could wait to see if another appointment did not arrive on time. I sat down prepared for waiting several hours with a book to read. Quickly I was called to get my blood pressure and weight and moved into one of the exam rooms. To my surprise, Dr. Sauceda came in to see me shortly thereafter. I was very pleased that the staff all worked together to fit me in. Dr. Sauceda needed the liqued nitrogen, called for it, and it was immediately brought to her. It was a pleasant experience despite my lateness.

I have been seeing Dr. Sauceda for about a year. My dermatologist of almost 25 years retired and referred me to Dr. Sauceda. MY first appointment with Dr. Sauceda went very well. The experience was great she explained the process and what to expect and sure enough the healing took effect as soon as I started taking the medications. The whole office staff along with Dr.Sauceda are outstanding. Today she was assisted by Jessica which is always great and also her new PA which was very nice and genuine. I always feel the genuine sincerity that Dr. Sauceda and her staff have for their patients.

First, your new office site is bright, light, airy, and welcoming. The staff are attentive, and very helpful and supportive. Doctor and her staff are very professional and caring. My wife and I have received outstanding service and care. Doctor Sauceda takes the time to listen and address our concerns. Should procedures be needed you can trust her to be gentle and compassionate. I have also been impressed that she reviews briefings from her staff and knows our appointment concerns before coming to see us. I find this less and less in doctors today. It is refreshing to know she knows you as a human being and not a number. Please stay as you are.

Everyone is always very friendly in her office. Love the new offices. Ms. Bulgarides was very helpful when we called to reschedule. She is always so kind and patient on the phone. All in all, I recommend Dr. Sauceda. She is always very thorough with patients, and genuinely listens to patient concerns and questions. At first, she said my rash was eczema. I asked if it could be poison ivy because we had been in Wisconsin. She then said it was poison ivy. I was confused that she had changed her diagnosis so fast. I felt rushed, but part of that might have been my fault since I arrived late.

I was a new patient and she took the time to ask questions, and listen to the answers. Any questions I had she answered in layman terms, easy to understand. After the exam and at the exit desk, she explained a timeframe in which I would hear from their office ( they needed to request a pathology report from another doctor).

I have used Dr. Sauceda as my only Dermatologist since she was available only part-time at a clinic in Boerne. She has done several biopsies on spots of my skin and sent me on to surgeons when needed. By seeing her regularly my peace of mind is much improved. Many pre-cancerous spots on my scalp have been diagnosed and treated immediately with liquid nitrogen. I’d recommend her to others without question.
